wonder why is bidadari not so happening this time around.. this is not the last plot of land right? but i reckon it will be like e last big plot around the area?

For some, the associated word for Bidadari is still cemetery.

Yeah, like what I said many times before, 2 roomers are just fine but kyleung86 is just stating his/her honest opinion and it's good to consider inputs from others as well.

From the data on hand, the demand for 2 room flats for singles are overwhelming. The government's decision to build more 2 room flats should have come earlier but better late than never.

Personally, I think having a mix of different room types is great. It doesn't mean people staying in an executive mansion have better behaviors and vice versa.

At the end of the day, this is our country. It will only work for all of us if we out our hands together to build it. It's healthy to iron out our differences and only then we can progress as one people and one nation

lol at the lynch mob mentality, so many people jumping on the wagon to crucify this guy, say he is like "20th" of age (BTW insulting to young people in their twenties), and this one is suddenly revealing that she/he was considering moving her/his child to to be this guys neighbour

Seriously lah, the guy made a mistake in phrasing his honest opinion, its obvious his crime is a lack of tact and not a real intention to insult 3/2-roomers.

My fellow countrymen, if somebody touch you accidentally you don't have to be super-defensive and feel like your sensitive ego is being destroyed, then whack this fella. OR worse, see somebody else whack this fella and all rush to join in.

I assume you are in yr 30th but from the way u comment below sound like you are in yr early 20th .
Do some research Dude , 2RM is for single mostly and ppl like me intend to stay single . Not we are poor as you mention as HDB have restricition . Nowaday , most BTO include 2RM and are u going to avoid ? Then please go ahead with Condo or private .

Just went recee the site. DB site is wonderful as it's just besides exit A of Dakota mrt.

PV is a 5 minutes walk away along the path of DB. Was expecting a lot of elderly but not true. Quite a lot of families, with primary school age kids around.

Minus point during the whole trip was the aeroplane engine.... Super loud. But cannot have the best of everything lah.

dakota got service yard. bidadari dun have. not sure if dun have the kitchen will be bigger anot

dakota is very near mrt. bidadari need to walk abit. but bidadari is in between 2 mrt. one purple and one orange so more flexible. while dakota is only orange line (thanks for the correction).

if got car, bidadari is near PIE and CTE. from bartley road can shoot straight to tampines. while dakota is near KPE and PIE.

bidadari got shops inside its site map and is relative nearer to the future mall. dakota got old airport road food center and some amenities at a short distance away. since near famous food center. will have alot of ppl in the area. especially on friday and sat night. traffic jam maybe?

both side near sch. but dakota is just a stone throw away. bidadari need to walk abit. but the sch at bidadari i hear b4. dakota.. no so much

bidadari 5 room half of the units see the park. according to master plan, some of these units oversee the park and then see through to the lake. dakota see river, sch and community center so view not block can see further but half of them see each other.
