bidadari 4rm units available = 680
No. of queue numbers given out = 680 x 300% = 2040
No. Of applicants = 2092

Does it mean that only 52 people will not get a queue number?

First time applicant here. Hope to get it 😁

good luck to u. even if manage to get a queue number, u have to pray hard for the 200% opt not to choose it. and if they do so, it could also mean that the units suck. but keep ur fingers crossed, you just might be lucky. but by far, i think this rarely happens( at least among my group of friends la hahaha )

The Proximity Housing 2km scheme isn't it only for resale? The other one i know of is the Senior Priority Scheme (SPS) but that is for a 2-room Flexi flat.

I just receive a letter from hdb stating I'm being pushed to 2nd timer. If the main applicant is first timer but the other is 2nd timer due to non selection of flat, isn't it still first timer?

how is this possible?

you mean the other applicant has apply for bto before without the main applicant?

The application will be considered 2nd timer as long as either one party is 2nd timer status.

The other applicant may have his or her name tagged with parents, it's a very common situation.

Frankly, it's just a waste of first timer status.

sibei Sayang.

2nd timer apply for non mature estate to stand a better chance.

only 5% of mature estate bto is reserved for 2nd timer.

It's as good as zero especially if it's oversubscribed by many times for the ST.

It used to be so but recently HDB has changed rule stating that as long as one of the applicants is 1st timer, they will be considered as 1st timer? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hmmm, any clarification from HDB?

If you have strong and valid reasons, can find your MP to appeal. MPS are usually on Monday nights.
