Yes that's right

wait for your appointment first, they will inform you what and when to do things. HLE only last you for 6mths, there is no point for you to apply it now, (unless you are going for resales) since you have no idea if you gonna even get a queue number at all. :s13:

HLE will get auto extended if there are no changes to the income status. On the other hand, I'll suggest applying for HLE earlier to avoid the situation where loan quantum available is too low.

Received my acknowledgement too on Monday!
Countdown to JULY!!!!! Hope good & small number!!!! :s12:

Btw, referred behind letter mentioned as first timer, if failed ballot twice, still got extra once chance to select as 1st timer under non-mature BTO. Which means 3 tries?!?

Another question is if a person applies under PPS 30% is reserved so if there are 100 units and only 30 PPS applicants, all PPS applicant will get a queue number that is within 100 units instead of 300% of the 100 units?

Yes, first timer applicants with two failed ballots in non mature estates get an extra ticket for each subsequent draw. Given application numbers these days for non mature estates though, the above scenario is pretty unlikely.

First timer should bid matured estate. It is your privilege as the % is higher.

Does this additional ballot chance only applies for:
1) BTO?
2) Non-matured estates?

What if you'd a failed ballot for SBF in non-matured estate. Does it take into consideration for this additional ballot?

Hello potential neighbor!
HDB will give priority to PPS and MCPS. You should be ahead of me choosing a flat! :s22:

Btw, does gross income not exceed 12k includes OT and bonus into calculation? Isit just base pay for employee?

Yup! Thanks Fembot. Called HDB to confirm as well. Me no grant but need pay 10K premium more. Haha. Other half is a SPR.

Friday digest: u all think anyone will appeal to HDB if failed to secure a flat, with a potential reason of "clerical error" from HDB???

QFT.

imagine thousands of applicants appeal to check if there is any "clerical error" in their ballot results.

Precedence has been set.

Anyone keen?
