Anyone here able to advise of likelihood of 82X/680? Bidadari 4 rm. Sigh, my parents got a 3 rm unit and Im hoping to be able to reside near them!

It is a common occurrence for those at the tail end of the queue and typically afflicts the Chinese more than the other races, since there is usually a bit of buffer to ensure Malays and Indians are represented in the neighbourhood.

Selection have yet to start though, so it is too early to tell if you or anyone picking would be affected

Its just a buffer that they usually use to bring down expectations of potential buyers. If all goes smoothly it shud b shorter than 5.

There is a Woodlands thread so feel free to browse there. But yes, it seems quite a few of us are looking at Marsiling. This should be good news for you, but be prepared to look at the options at Marsiling since there are so many more units available.

For Chinese in woodleigh? Yes, it's common.

We got a queue for tampines for feb 2017, but its over the avail units, appt in august

Applied for bidadari and got a good queue number that will likely place my appt in late august or early sept.

dilemma! cos i dowan wait additional 2 years, compared to tamp..
but the location is too good man!

I heard they will sometime build the units finish then continue with the surrounding area right?

if 6 years i old old bird liao

They usually won't go much earlier than 3 to 6 months than estimated completion date la, but won't be as late as TOP date
