Hi! Do I have to go to the Comcentre to exchange a normal Singtel TV set top box for a DVR one?
Read somewhere u can change at the plusServ outlets too, outlets van be found at this link: http://info.singtel.com/personal/support/singtel-tv-troubleshoot/remote-control-not-working
DVR comes with additional cost of set top box rental. you can't just exchange it like this, you need to call in and do the arrangement i think..
Hi zensushi,Hi! Do I have to go to the Comcentre to exchange a normal Singtel TV set top box for a DVR one?
can of cos. through singtel's wifi mesh..![]()
Serious? is the connection stable for using the wifi mesh for mio tv?
Hi zensushi,
Exchange of the set-top box with no transactions (e.g. content pack re-con or upgrade) can be done at +Serve (313 Somerset).
If you're re-contracting and upgrading the set-top box via telesales, the exchange will be done via courier service.
Hope this helps.
Just to check if I want to use the HDMI connection to from the box to TV, I just need the HDMI cable will do, right ?
For for epl, does mio tv still freeze or hang during matches?
Also is the lag still 6 to 10s during live broadcasting?
I am going to dump singtel TV in the next few months after moving house. The channels are getting lesser and nothing to look forward to. Anyone got advise to go for green or yellow Telco?
