If you received SMS from HDB informing you that all flats have been selected and you don't need to go down anymore then you still have your two chances.

Only counted if there are still flats available for selection but you didn't choose.
But heard that you can appeal if suay suay your turn only left second floor or something.

Unsold flats from this exercise probably won't appear in the May's exercise though.

yeah. think those left from may sbf 2016 will appear. and maybe units left from key collection for the ghim moh edge project? the key collection is from next month if i am not wrong.

I think there are some in this forum who have experienced before, perhaps they will be able to better explain to you. But should be once all units are booked, it will trigger the SMS already.

Once flat selection starts, you will also be able to monitor in hdb website how many units have been booked.

don't think so. someone mentioned before in prev threads that all sbf units come with closed kitchen concept with toilet fitting and bedroom doors.

Unit 100 Queue no. 90+, but last I know for Chinese is like 30units only.
Is there still chance to get a unit?

If i am not eligible for hdb loan, does it mean i also wont qualify for any AHG( assuming i qualify the pre requ of estate and monthly salary cap)? Also if i go bank loan now while waiting for AhG result, how would u go about it since i am not sure the final amt to loan?

Go bank and ask for In Principal Approval, see how much they willing to loan you. Make sure the loan amount can cover 80% of the unit price, you have to settle the other 20% by cash/cpf during 1st and 2nd appointment.

I think quite hard. Cos 30 units only.

I balloted for Queenstown. Only 27 units. I is the last few nos.

It is possible, but you will probably be left with #02 or #03 units to choose from...
