Need some help here - there is no sound/ alert at all when I get a new message/ chat. The settings are set on "on" the sound for alert.

It only gets an alert sound when I'm in the app itself.

I've already uninstalled the app, reboot phone and reinstalled. Problem still exists.

Any ideas? Thanks!

synch with google or outlook and delete from there

have you tried the "refresh favourites" option?

i install whatsapp and i cant receive the authentic code from them

think you might have put in wrong tel no? have you tried delete the program and re-install

I got my whatsapp last time when it was free. Just updated it to the lastest 2.6.2 but I don't get the group chat feature. I don't even have the funtion to broadcast. Weird?

Tired reinstalling the app, restarting, etc, doesn't help.

Anyone can shed some light on this?

Andriod, iOS and RIM all have whatsapp already la... and they are cross platform, meaning u can msg someone using BB/Andriod with whatsapp also...

i duno if anyone notice. after the new updates, the battery life like drain abit....
usually i plug out at 1am... at 7plus it will still be 100%. now it is like 98 or 99%.

or maybe my battery life is declining?

The best part of it is that you can choose to leave the group chat if you find it annoying!
