No sure if anyone here can advise. For the calculation of EC income ceiling, does anybody know how they do it? Supposing if both spouse earn a combined monthly of about 15k (still less than 16k criteria), and if each have other variable bonuses in the year (say about 4 mths each), will this affect and exceed the income eligibility then? Does HDB look strictly at monthly salary figures only?

hi,

bonus are not included, purely monthly gross salary..

Do they take into account the latest month’s salary or will they take the average of the last 3 months salary like hdb bto? How will hdb/developer verify?

Also, if the combined salary is more than 16k but less than 17k, I heard that there’s a possibility of appealing. Does anyone know of the best reasons to provide for the appeal?

Depending on whether u are salaried worker or self employed

Salaried worker ( fixed salary every mth) - preceeding 3 mths payslip. Example, if booking is in Aug, will need May, Jun and July payslips

Self employed ( or variable pay workers ) , preceeding 6 mths payslips

Will need to collect all your payslips to submit to HDB for processing.

yes, can appeal.. have done many appeal case before.. PM u..

Haha.. yes, based on the interest gathered, overwhelming respond.. but we shall see the actually balloting day how..

stack 9/10/19 looks good for 4 bedder
Stack 8/12/15 looks good for 3+1
Probably aiming mid to high floor stack 10 if psf is reasonable...
