Based on site plan, distance between block seems close. There’s tennis court! Most stacks are normal layout, bedrooms tucked on one end with long walkway. Only stack 11 (2bedder) is dumb bell layout.

The 5b bedrooms (stack 5) are all tucked at one side of unit, very long bedroom walkway. I’ve always wonder, these big 5 bedder units are targeted for big own stay families, a 3-seater sofa suffice for big family meh? :unsure:

err... bank referrals are pathetic... so not so much on that, just tat we want to make sure our client's loan all are in the right track and the bankers dont screw up our deals..

In the whole scheme of things.. likely.. I am not certain how these things work, but I know there is money sloshing around for these referrals. That said, I will still go for whoever offers me the best deal, housing agent referral or not.

Just checked the URA Master Plan..notice there will be industrial factories upcoming in the empty land across the road from Parc Greenwich..mm....

Anybody knows what is the large plot of land on the left of parc greenwich is planned for?

Based on what I found, It is zoned for "Business 2", factories and such. I also researched there is a large upcoming bus depot (not interchange) and dormitory within the farmway area.

Is the industrial area already constructed or will be built in the coming years? If it’s going to be built in the coming years, won’t the construction noise affect parc Greenwich?

It is a forested piece of land now. Construction will be in the future. Hopefully it is a light industry area with some office buildings and not heavy industry. Someone also mentioned above that there seem to be a dormitory nearby......

You are right to say that there will be some construction noises since the industry area is just across the road....
