I suspect this was because the tender was dual envelope & based on concept + price ? So Allgreen has promised certain ‘spacious’ layout during tender process. Priced lower as they initially felt that quantum would be an issue since the layouts were less efficient

I’m not sure about this dual envelop layout tendered but only heard of minimal size requirement for new projects. If they have the choice but choose not to build two bathrooms, I thought it’s not really a wise move.

I think can consider 2b1b if the unit is very close to the condo common area toilet. It’s like additional toilet without need to clean

actually most units transacted $1500-1750 psf so it's still alright lar,not too expensive for Pasir Ris MRT

1 unit - sold to indonesian
2 units - sold to ****/Indian (Tiagong one of them is lawyer)
1 unit - sold to PRC
1 unit - sold to singaporean (2nd property)

That’s why don’t feel for them even if you think they have gotten a bad deal.

Many are just so many times richer than us...

Like that EC always play sad music about buyers losing money etc, who knows they are even many times richer than him and do not bother about losing such ‘peanuts’...

So just enjoy the show... if buyers make money, just applaud, if they lose, just oops... that’s all, anyway why bother...

I’m in total agreement on this! In fact I don’t mind paying an extra 100k for an extra toilet. Imagine ur guests come all using ur toilet within ur master bedroom, the stench….

I would say never underestimate the importance of a toilet, when nature calls and u cannot wait…

I think depends of your lifestyle also, if you’re the kind that doesn’t have a lot of friends, who can you invite lol

If nature knocks on the door at the same time for both adult? Personal preference is still 2 toilet unless staying alone.

Then it will be more important to stay at the ground floor or near common facilities like swimming pool that comes with toilet/changing room. Lol
At least if both need to use toilet, one can run to the “public” toilet.

Anyway agreed, it come handy to have 2 bathrooms in the house.

Then u got to also ensure u have good tolerance and threshold level, and the common facilities area has more than one toilet. Buy till so Cham, then buy for wad.
