Just a quick question, is it wise to update to Yosemites now? Been holding on the day OSX is being launch and itchy to update for continuity haha
is there a safari extension to 'play' flash video without the flash plugin? me know firefox got an addon for dat.

Time machine is a built-in backup program on ALL macs, if you don't have time machine, it could only be you don't have a mac or you have an old mac running OS X Tiger or earlier.
Unless you mean you don't have spare portable HDDs or you mean "Time Capsule"?

i just update only. usually wont be that sway that data will lost

Do a time machine backup first, but why didn't you just update directly from itunes store?hi bros,
I have prepared Yosmite installer in flash disk already.
I am now getting ready to erase the existing OS from my MBA.
Just want to confirm before I proceed to erase during start up.
Usually how many partition is inside an original MBA if I have never create any from new.
If just the existing OS, then I just delete and install the Yosemite right?
But if 2-3 partition inside, then can I delete all to make into one before install Yosemite?
