Thanks bro! My kid can't walk yet. Mostly he crawls and pushes things around the house and mess up everything. I'm really enjoying being a dad.

How's ur toddler? Post some pics too! Us new dads are all very proud of our kids :D

Reddit how come u bought 10 pieces of the tee at one shot? There's 7 days a week and it takes time to rotate the wardrobe. :s11:

I can't find clothes easily:( So I stock up whenever I can. Giordano, bossini and hang ten usually don't have my size.

as you can tell, i havent improve much at all over the past 3 to 4 months. my weight is now 105kg. i can lift a little heavier, but nothing astonishing. im going to go all out on this german volume training, and hopefully see a more significant difference in 5 more weeks.

one great thing about changing a routine is that i now really look forward to next week and see if i can better myself

Wah... Those guns and forearms are huge back then :) Must be even bigger now... :eek: :love:
And I think you lost some belly fat as well judging from your recent giordano T-shirt photos

i was supposed to rest this week, but since i felt very restless this morning, i went to the gym to do some simple exercises.

chest supported shrugs ez bar 90kg 156 reps over 13 sets
back ext no weights 156 reps over 13 sets

i tried 110 kg for the last two sets of shrugs. there was good stretch and contraction. i'll do that weight next week. i have no idea how much the ez bar weighs, but it shouldnt matter as its quite light.

on a separate note, ive used up my little notebook! achievement unlocked baby!



looking back at the exercises i did when i started was hilarious. no wonder i didnt experience any growth. im really thankful to all the bros here who have guided me and offered tips!

speaking of which, i havent seen chay posting for a while. maybe he's too busy with work or something.

After a week's break, I'm back in the gym! The workout was much harder than I thought.

Bench 110kg 63 reps. I can't believe how much difference a mere 10kg makes. The effort required is beyond my expectation. I'm going to stick with this and work up to a hundred again.

Pull up 92 reps. Better form than before but still crappy. I'm going to work on it until I can pull a hundred reps with strict form.

Db incline press 35 kg 24 reps
Db chest supported rows 35kg 24 reps

Very exhausted by then. I did the db press and rows quite listlessly.

The one good thing I did was to go swim! And then I realised I forgot to bring my goggles as it had been months since I last stepped into a pool. Nonetheless I just hopped in and swam until my eyes stung. Abt 6 laps I think.

And that's it!

Also swam 10 laps. Too sleepy today.

Last week was a crappy one. I only managed to exercise 3 times. I'd rather not remain myself of it.

Today's workout
Shrugs 110kg 156 reps
Back ext 156 reps

My traps are growing but they are not growing upwards; they are getting thicker FROM THE BACK! Sad man. I'm looking more like the hunchback of Norte dame.

Dips 30kg 94 reps
Chin up 15kg 84 reps :(

Tricep ext 80kg 27 reps over 3 sets
Hammer curls 30kg db 28 reps over 3 sets

I extended my membership by one year as well. $360 and worth every cent!

Have you seen mine? I look like I have no neck and can't button the shirt collar button and it is real awkward wearing a tie it just looks sloppy and the tie looks too short. Looks ok if I have a coat on though :s13::s13:

Oh and your strength progression has been good.

Haha that's because you're in shape and I'm not! I have to keep jiggling to get myself into a more decent condition. My kid is almost one year old now, so I really have no excuses.

That means your neck is pretty thick! Haha I keep thinking you look like shrek in a suit now. For big guys its always better to get mtm shirts. I make mine at grandcity or kimdo. They're only $50 or $60 each! Good deal man
