i was supposed to rest this week, but since i felt very restless this morning, i went to the gym to do some simple exercises.
chest supported shrugs ez bar 90kg 156 reps over 13 sets
back ext no weights 156 reps over 13 sets
i tried 110 kg for the last two sets of shrugs. there was good stretch and contraction. i'll do that weight next week. i have no idea how much the ez bar weighs, but it shouldnt matter as its quite light.
on a separate note, ive used up my little notebook! achievement unlocked baby!
looking back at the exercises i did when i started was hilarious. no wonder i didnt experience any growth. im really thankful to all the bros here who have guided me and offered tips!
speaking of which, i havent seen chay posting for a while. maybe he's too busy with work or something.
