Do you think A series will get green line after some time? I only hear of it happening to S series. Scary, this is what's putting me off get Samseng phone. My last Samseng phone was S2.

Never, only Google tells me there is some thread on reddit, that's pretty much all. In theory, may be have they just leave it, since it's a cheaper phone, unlike the s series which is premium and very expensive, people will cowbie more.

But I don't understand why S series have but A series doesn't seem to have it? Both made in Vietnam?

Oh, But generally, if the Phone is support eSIM, no reason to add another 2nd Hybrid Slot.
