Army will tell u next time don't buy ticket so early, wait for saf100 to come then plan LOL. But normally the month of ICT is quite fixed one mah...like mine, always either Aug or Sept. So even saf100 no come, i will try not to plan vacation first.

as long no black and white, and you can prove you make bookings etc before the notification, they do not have much case...

I receive my notice in Jan for Dec HK ICT since during my last ICT, i told them this date i confirm boleh..So they early early boleh me also..

really got such thing? notified 1year in advance?
