It's alright! I have other telco (orange light) SIM which could load!

Good to know that.

Recently got too many people jumping to the Singtel MVNOs from Maxx and others, triggering the port-out quota from M1 Maxx.

I actually expect the user experiences of Singtel S$15.28 plan to get a bit worse after Singtel MVNOs get 5G SA. Not so sure how worse though. Let's see.

So I am testing other lines as a backup and also for China roaming. I am more inclined to use Eight S$8 plan (free voice roaming, but only 2GB China roaming data) as a backup, even though M1 Maxx S$10 5G plan (3GB China roaming data is better than Eight S$8 for local usage.

SIMBA S$12 line is another competitor as it offers better China roaming data bundle (24GB China roaming data, free voice roaming). Its local usage is not as good as Eight 4G or M1 Maxx 5G.

I am porting out from M1 Maxx as well but to CUniq S$9.9 4G plan (StarHub 4G network) because of the good bundled China data (20GB) but it has no free voice roaming like Eight and SIMBA.

IMHO.
I did some speedtest this morning.
Off hand, S25U (NSA) beats the crap out of S24U(NSA) and S24U(SA). (y) :ROFLMAO:

I just signed up the Enhanced Lite 5G+ plan. I am using S25 Ultra and it's stated as 'NR NSA' under the SIM card status. There is no '5G Standalone' alike option to select.

It's 'NR NSA' all around SG so it's not a location thingy. Both physical and eSIM show 'NR NSA'. The Singtel app shows '5G+' though.

Am I really on 5G standalone or am I scammed by Singtel?

Maybe you want to post the screenshot so that other Samsung phone users will see if there is any setting you missed.

If nothing wrong with the phone settings, wait for one or two days to see if 5G SA is provisioned.

If still like this after three days, contact Singtel for help.

Zym is different. ST MVNOs are in the process for 5G SA migration and may not be that stable.

Are you on Zym 5G plan? Or you are on Zym 4G plan with 5G trial? Some users mention that 5G trial users may not get 5G SA.

Zym 5G plan was "migrated" to 5G SA a while back from 5G NSA. Not like revert back to NSA.
Singtel 5G on 5G SA still on 5G SA.

P.S. I don't think my Zym 4G plan with 5G will ever get 5G SA - unless miracle.

In fact, I signed up 1 week ago so it's been long enough. Called Singtel but they couldn't pinpoint the problem. They merely insist that their system is showing my plan as 5G+ and my SIM card is compatible.

To add on, I do not have the option to select 5G Standalone or something similar.
