I drink coffee ocasionally in the afternoon, need the caffeine to work.Avoid tea coffee after 2 pm,and don't drink too much water in the evening
I can't sleep on afternoon during day time at work lol. Nap sometime during weekend to catch up sleep. My problem is having enough sleep on weeknight.I day time cannot fall asleep, night time sleep straight 7-8 hours.

how old are you? what you described is quite similar to what i'm experiencing.Nowadays I feel sleepy when it's just 8 plus 9pm. Don't know if it's coz older now. Last time can sleep for 8 hours or more. Now if I go to bed earlier, I wake up after a few hours then cannot sleep. If I went gym or v tired from work, can sleep for only an hour or two hours more.
I try taking melatonin but don't really work after a while. Anyone like that also? Any suggestion?

Yep, those who have trouble slping should try magnesium glycinate. As someone who has slping problem this works quite well for me. Not 100% but overall it makes my slping much better.Have you guys tried magnesium glycinate? Feels like it works.
