Have you looked under Settings -> Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Voice and Data?

I was unable to make outgoing calls with my android phone voWIFI, could be a similar case to yours.
Have you tried just making outgoing calls without any wifi connected?

Are you to able recieve any incoming calls?

Just “Giga” for APN field and other fields left EMPTY, like what they mentioned on their YouTube guide?

Could you please double-check that your APN (Access Point Name) is set to 'GIGA' and not 'SHWAP'?

Although 'SHWAP' is known to work with GIGA SIM cards, I've noticed that it can occasionally cause data issues if configured to 'SHWAP' instead of 'GIGA'.

By the way, there's also an issue I've encountered before while using GIGA.

I twice lose network connection and data in specific areas. The data issue typically resolves itself once I travel to another MRT station or location. This has also happened to other friends.

just got my honor 200 smart 5g hp , spent the past 30 mins registering to giga 4g . no matter automatic or manually registering also cannot do so. anyone experienced this before? it can detect the giga apn but it's showing no network

So it is no network or you have 4G only?
Did your previous phone work the the SIM card? Got try putting it back?

EDIT - GG, my reading fail. Edited post to better reflect comprenshion of post.

if use back old phone or other spare phone but still no network, just drop a message to GIGA either through the app or Facebook.

my giga plan is 4g nia. the hp fail to register to my 4g network, regardless automatic or i manually choose giga 4g.
