Well, we can only hope right? Perhaps the same floor neighbours should come to a common understanding so that this will not affect those who have chutes right next to them. If everyone is responsible, this should not be an issue...

Luckily only 4 units on each level. So all must work together. Next time when people start renting out, then will have more trouble.

Imagine 4units keep opening the chute door, will be noisy for the unit next to it.

Unlikely neighbours will leave big bulky items at chute since all units will have an ipcamera to capture the culprit.

Those living in that 3 affected stacks can put plants just next to their door. At least looks better and better fengshui. But the stack oppo it then a bit suay. Anyway high chance there is a door. My sis 's condo chute is oppo her neighbor's unit. There is a door in front of it. Looks wise still ok. It's the drip from torn plastic bags etc that is the killer. Need to get helper to wash that area frequently

The developer must have thought it was convenient for those pool-facing units to have the chute within reach without thinking of the drawbacks of inappropriate disposal of rubbish.

The outward-facing units are starting to look like better choices now!

The developer must have thought it was convenient for those pool-facing units to have the chute within reach without thinking of the drawbacks of inappropriate disposal of rubbish.

The outward-facing units are starting to look like better choices now!

Lol the chute is right next to the main door, unless you want your plants to block your own entrance.

I can see where the chute is, but don't understand where you can put flower pots.

I seldom hear people ask exactly where the chute is actually - only ask if it's inside or outside only, or how the rubbish is cleared.
