Btw i heard some ppl say after selling existing flat, there must be 1 lump sum of cpf lock under retirement fund and cannot be use . Is it true?

Only c6, cs3a and cs4 have chute next to main door. D1, cs3b and D2 are oppo these units.

Stack 03 will have West sun at the side walls. Thus its less popular.

I think the door is not going to help much. Is the stench from the chute which is unbearable and you cant do much from it. Have to pray your neighbour throw the rubbish properly or you have to run every time u open the door.

Hi! What I got is the early bird price, which amounts up to around 1% off. That's the lowest they can offer I think. Also depends on the stack u r getting. For the least popular stack probably easier to get the early bird price. It's not known as 1% discount... Agents will definitely tell u no discount but early bird price maybe can. Ya QJ also told me they only accept my booking if I book those unpopular stack like 57 but I wanted 28 as 52 is gone.

Agent told me if take 57 can fight for launch price and stagger 15% payment till mop.

bro, able to share why 57 is your last choice?

Mainly west sun and further away from side gate to mrt yet price is almost same as stack28. Other minor reasons like noise from bus stop, road and facility below the stack.

Having said that, i have not purchased due to mop not met and QJ rejected me twice.
