Mainly west sun and further away from side gate to mrt yet price is almost same as stack28. Other minor reasons like noise from bus stop, road and facility below the stack.

Having said that, i have not purchased due to mop not met and QJ rejected me twice.

How did u get the information that stack 52 is in front of the new bus stop? When I went to look at the model it seems as though the bus stop is in front of stack 48. Is the model inaccurate?

It's in front of stack 48. There are ppl with 2 yrs to mop, bought c3 and near to side gate. #09-28 bounced out. If u r really keen, u might wana choose s better agent.

Bus Braking still ok. It is the roaring engine that is the main problem especially those long buses when they accelerate or pick up.....Not only 2-4 level but the sound travels loudly up to the top level...

At least the architect is not as bad as the EL Development one? So many complaints there.

that EL is even so-called better-quality private condo?

if you concern about every aspect, you will never find a unit to buy. need to make compromises on what you consider is more important. Even after that, you will still get surprises when you collect the keys and inspect.

At least we will know if the QJ developments that TOP first have any issues, and, if there are, how they will settle them. Ecopolitan should TOP this year, then the Belle twins next year.

My colleague bought QJ's previous development (alr TOP and gotten the EC) and her friend also bought QJ's another previous development (that was notoriously mentioned in news). Those stories steered me clear off V.
Hopefully QJ learnt frm those mistakes.

Stack 64 will kana West sun on the side walls of the mbr and right abv e drop off pt. 08 is right abv e cp entrance and main gate , gonna be noisy.
U might wana consider 16 if yr concern is the sub stn of stack 9 and 10. Cuz stack 10 will Blk it and 16 has slanted unblk view.

64 is c6 layout so the rubbish chute is outside the main door...something to note before buying just in case you are concern about it...

I think it depends on what u want. If it's for own stay I would say go for it. Doesn't matter why it's unpopular, as long as u like it.

Personally, I feel that stack 64 C6 might defeat the purpose of having two balconies because there's not much greenery to see below. Stack 8 C5 is near the entrance so might be noisy. But if u choose high floor for both stacks shld be quite ok! The only drawback might be further away from MRT?

Hi, to those keen in Visionaire
I am staying in 4A HDB 1109 SQ FT. Am keen on Visionaire due to its location as near to upcoming Canberra stn which join NS line. But some posts mentioned it is ulu as in middle of nowhere. But i find its connectivity better than some north east estates which take longer time to reach orchard / raffles places than Visionaire. But sometimes i also think it doesn't make sense to stay EC/PC unless one can afford it comfortably and nowadays the quality of HDB is also very high. Now looking at the available stack and i think only c5 or c6 is within my budget. Any advice on stack 16, 17 & 21. Stack 16 below like have generator and electrical substation but has some slanted unblock view. Stack 21 too close to MRT track but the noise is not that terrible ( i went to site to check). But all 3 are quite close to the Brownstone EC like 13-16 metres.
