Actually i prefer stack 21 as it is away from generator/ electrical and has a small water stream downstair but only lower 4-5 floor available. Stack 16 good is away from MRT track and has some slanted unblock view to the low rise landed property that side.

To 'enjoy' the small stream, u have to get level 1 and 2. If not high floor also nothing to see. The dist from bs might be longer but left right front is blocked view.

BS TOP revised to Jan 2018 le...a problem too as MRT not up yet. No free shuttle bus like Visionaire.

Sure got freebus to Yishun or Sembawang MRT lah for them lah... no worries for them...

57 as at now, NONE occupant...
u can chose any floor u like, confirm available as at 10th Sep info....

it is also confirm DPS at NPS price... but all this discount & good pricing dosen't come for nothing... if u ok with those cons (read through the whole thread) that triggers such "better pricing"...

then go ahead bah!! this site by an agent, just fyi.

Oh, > $1k CDL still accepts? All the while, what i hear the excess must be below $1k than got chance. A few years ago, another developer rejected my application because > $1k.

After a 3 month wait, HDB has approved my appeal even though I'm more than $1k above the income limit. I think they are quite flexible and understanding.

Hi guys, I have been looking at type D1, currently shortlisted 59, 11 and 6. I like those stacks further to mrt track. Can you advise me why stack 6 is selling at dps at nps pricing ? I understand there will be west sun for stack 6. Any other "hidden" cons that I didn't realise?

I dont think got much hidden cons. If have i can't see too. West sun may be biggest factor, plus out of all the D1 stack u listed, it is considered worst as it has west sun, nearest to opp blocks, furthest from pool. I'm not exactly sure, but generally East facing units are more ex. But Block 6 & 11 is better than 59 in 1 way, you can enjoy the 250m landscape view better. I think Blk 59 from balcony kena blocked and can't see pool, clubhouse at all?

I also find 54 will kena block not only the infamous mrt sound, it will also kena block wind. Likewise 45 too.

The room will be very still without wind.. so i personally dun like to hide behind another stack...
