Omg d1 is smaller than c6?a 4bedder smaller than a 3bedder?
If you are referring to the living hall, yah lor it's so.
Take up rate of D1 not bad leh. Some ppl don't need big living hall but want more rooms ma so this D1 caters to them.

You can ask around those who bought D1 what attracted them to this layout?

Can any1 advise c6 and d1 living hall izzit same size?the only difference is only the 1more bedroom?

U shudnt compare in this way... 3rms vs 4rms?
If u chose C6 will have lesser 1rm.
So rm or living rm is more worth?
A slightly bigger living rm, after u put tings, carpentary work oso wil make it small again.

If u refer to the annex, it is not any smaller. c6 has an additional balcony in master bedroom. D1 doesn't. Size of master bedroom for both is approximately 20.1 (C6) vs 20.6 (d1) which is around the same.

For living room space, difference between d1 and c6 is around 4 sqm.

Again these are approximates based on unit breakdown.

I bought d1 because of efficient layout and number of rooms. Also there is only 1 balcony which is enough.

I got the floor plan in detail. C6 living room is 3690mm from wall to wall, D1 is 3850mm. Which means D1 living room shall be bigger a little bit.

So 160mm diff is 16cm (half a ruler length).. if u meant C6 & D1 abt same price means C6 high floor D1 low floor?

I really price are competitive, i rather take D1 than extra rm is better than extra half a feet lei bro.. :)

May you explain why ?
In my view,
Signature Price wise 4bm = 3bm premium of visionaire. (Rather cheap)
Sign units are all high ceilings
Quality wise not as bad
Of cos the location really bad, price appreciation will be slow.
Aside from that, did i miss out anything?:s22:

Personally, I checked out all the available ECs, including Sengkang and Punggol. Then narrowed down to Yishun, Woodlands and Sembawang. Then eliminated Yishun because of distance issues.

If you are comparing with Visionaire, you should also compare with all the others in the area, such as BS, PL, Bellewoods (no levy) and Northwave. Each has pros and cons. Northwave is actually decent, just that the location is pretty bad. But if I didn't mind the poor location, there would be many choices.

If it was just between Signature and Criterion in Yishun, then it's your personal preference.

So I'm asking if you have considered all the options, not just versus Visionaire.

I find 38 better shud hav some bushes infront... lesser people swim there cos its like spa or relax pool...

But 54 not better bcos u will be facing clubhouse2, library, study corner...
People have function sure see & look yr unit...

Initially looking at 38 then wife was thinking too open if take afternoon nap must draw curtain and if people walk to main club house or to side gate will definitely walk pass. I also thinking 54 facing club house 2 people can see through but the only good point is got some bushes and tree to block but don't know it will be too dark or not.

Btw 38 don't have bush it's like those short grass patch in front only. With the children slide and play area likely more noisy?

Bushes grows =P

Well most level 1 will have this prob(privacy) but not 01-64. Its elevated level 1 where nobody can walk pass.

If wan bright & privacy shudnt consider level 1..

Children pool mostly when they play, u working bah.. only weekend.. yr child wil play, u oso join them.
So compare to bigger pool.. i see lesser users in child pool..
