How can the club house at ground floor block off noise from mrt track which is about 4 stories high? The noise is definitely entering the ec. And now likely to bounce off each blocks and walls down the "valley" shape of Visionaire.

Maybe it's not high enough anyway. But the noise is very minimal. Once you get used to it, it'll be strange not to hear it, according to my kids. I don't see any issues with MRT noise except for the 2 blocks that are very close.

Ya, BS and V are in between Yishun Northpoint and Woodlands Causeway. I foresee once the expansion of Northpoint and the completion of Northpark, the place will be very crowded le. Same thing for Woodlands. So BS and V still can enjoy some quiet time and at the same thing, go to either Northpoint and Causeway point to shop. Best of both worlds...ha...ha....Plus MRT is at our doorstep, can go to town and come back without taking bus....so convenient...good especially you have young kids!, can use stroller all the way!

My wife's FB account just reminded us that it's been exactly 1 year since the launch/balloting.

Looks like the sales and progress is decent, and we're only about halfway there.

Alot of projects >1year are not even better. Visionaire 1year its already 67% (TOP Sep/Oct 2018).

U see others launch earlier than V, their TOP nearer but Sales result also long way to go....

Brownstone (TOP Dec17) 87%-90%?
Signature (TOP May18) 38%-40%?
Criterion (TOP Dec18) 42%-45%?
ParcLife launch later than V (TOP End18/Jan19) 30%?
All above launch as early as 1year than V.

As long balance unsold unit
- developer kena fine dun transfer cost to us or
- the maintenance fees dun revise to available residents can leow.

thus the noise are effectively "24 hrs" during certain days
