Updates: Scaffolding for 2nd level of the clubhouse is up.

Hopefully the clubhouse will block most of the MRT noise, which is probably the intention of the developer.

Its not a airplane or helicopter sound..
Not much noise pollution bah... plus its a curve track so the mrt speed have to be reduce to manouveur which it mitigates & lessen noise level...

Anyway resident will write in to request to have such barrier to reduce if noise.

the noise barrier actully only good for low floor units may be up to 4 level. and it kind of makes higher floor more noisey as the noise get reflected upwards.
so higher floor units know what do right...lol.
anyway the noise is not that bad/loud.

Anyone notice the maid room / utility room is a little too small? yesterday i went there to take measurements so i know which of my old furniture can reuse.. Can't fit a single bed! , any idea how to let the maid sleep in there + able to store something there..

This is what I saw at westwood showroom. They managed to fit a bed and storage in the bomb shelter. You can go down and take a look.

i understand the bedframe on top have to custom make, but the mattress have to custom make too? what about bedsheet?

mattress is slightly shorter than single size. use normal single bedsheet, excess just fold under it. Your maid very tall?

nope, short but not short enough to use ikea children bed

Ownself answer ownself? If using cheap mattress, can DIY.
I did for my dog. If those spring type, must custom made.
Google it. there are a few shop can do custom made mattress but it is not cheap.

True, but the noise will be minimal as the distance between stations is short and the trains will be traveling quite slowly.

Speed wise, there will not be whizzing by sound but track noise sure to have one.
