Might get stack 64. West side on the ext walls of mbr but more affordable and further from the track. Might get unblk view from mbr balcony
But that stack not popular. Only 1 unit below the top floor is taken. Maybe can wait for more disc?

There may be an issue in future if you're trying to sell as people generally dislike west sun. Practically speaking, if you use the aircon every night, you won't feel the effect of the west sun.

at least its better than half of the units in visionaire. their balconies and rooms are facing the west sun.

I think there's bound to be noise whichever development or stack you want to buy. It's just how much noise is within your tolerable level.

So if you compare your ideal stack 21 to stack 64, I would say stack 64 will be less noisy since it is further from the track and pool.

Most likely it will block the sun going to the NW-facing bedroom.

You may want to summarise your stack choices here if you want more advice.

I want C5 layout, non west sun facing and at the last 1/2 of the project. actually no options at all for C5. cuz all the non west sun facing is either nearer to track or abv the substn/generator or main entrance.

So got to pay more by C6.which only left with 64 :(

after lookin at the layout of treasure crest. really like the layout. but the price doesn't justify the inconv. Tot if its really 680-700psf then at least can use that to convince myself of the added inconvenience.

Why only 64? I reckon 05, 12, 13 and 20 are far enough from the MRT. Is it because pool-facing is costlier?

Is the TC layout publicly released?

Besides the west sun shining on the master bed room, stack 64 looks extremely close to stack 3... Only maybe 20 m or so? Confirm can look in

22m based on the site plan. think only the living room. other rooms are facing the drop off pt. for inward facing, cant be helped that your oppo neighbor can see. think most condos have this prob.

22m seems very near... Even if the other rooms face drop off point, neighbors in blk 3 can definitely still look in.. Have to keep blinds shut all day

I also thinking which unit to buy..

If 22m is near, do you know that the main door of the units are only 1.4m apart from each other. Like if u ever install a gate, the 2 gates will touch each other? Your direct neighbour can even see what's for dinner. Lol
