The school will have to move eventually but the Admiralty House will be preserved. The 2018 date was planned in 2013 or earlier so it may have to be revised. Anything related to the government will happen, just not the original timing. Same for the NS corridor which is now slated to be fully complete in 10 years' time. May still change.

Thanks for the reply , pretty disappointed if it is not completed as promised date. Sambawang really in need of upgrading their amenities to us.
Our far north area is always lagging behind the other towns ..

Any idea wats the development plan for the piece of land sw of them? Bto?
Most likely another low-rise PC or landed property cluster. Plot ratio only 1.4.

To their left, next to Canberra residences is residential with plot ratio of 2.1. Likely it won't be taller than brownstone or visionaire. So that these 2 ec will block the mrt track.

No fixed date.. between 3weeks to 3months for approval. heard got some only took 2weeks and some up till 3months. so depends on how fast HDB clear the things.
