The TOP mentioned by agent is ard Oct 2018. Looking at current progress think earliest is still 3rd qtr

I am looking at the C5 units. From what I read so far, blk 180 seems to be the best stack for C5? However, it is only left with lvl 2 now. What is the next best stack for C5 from all of your pov? Any cons for staying near the generator side? Thank you! Sorry, am unable to post picture as I am a newbie here.

Stack 16 or 17. 17 is e furthest from oppo stack(brownstone). It's even further than the 44m between Visionaire stack 45 and 20.

Stack 16 has a gd diagonal view towards e green next to Canberra Residences and if you get high enough, might even overlook the landed.

Both are further from the side gate so should hear lesser of the mrt noise.
I knew all this cuz I nearly booked an unit in stack 16.

That's a standby generator. For what I understand, normally it's only standby mode there only when they do yearly testing will turn on or the whole condo outage, but the chance will be very Low in Singapore.

I'm not sure why more choose that facing, as opposed to the future sports hub, unless it's the potential construction noise and dust or road noise.

Most units are NW/NNW or SE/SSE facing so a bit of sun at different times will creep in. More sun at higher floors likely.

I bought stack 60. Stack 16 is nearer to the sub stn and water pump. But if u buy level 8, it should be fine. Tbh, I booked #08-16 but changed unit last min. Cuz stack 60 got bounced out unit and it's more functional for my family.
I didn't choose stack 17 as it's protruding out, 1st stack to get the blunt of the mrt noise. My noise tolerance quite low.

If u particular with West sun, those stacks facing e hill is not a gd option. Will b more dusty too as it's facing e road.
Those stacks were never in my consideration as my current unit is north west facing and facing the road. I know how hot and noisy it can be. Traffic also quite heavy during peak hours. Gonna be heavier once Canberra hdb and EC are built up.
The good thing is the greenery view is permanent. If can get high floor, better view but also longer exposure from e sun from noon to evening.
If u r keen in those units, shld go down to the project to see at 5+pm on a sunny day.

To me yes, that's y I also chose the unit nearby it. but some ppl still don't like the unit nearby Gen set or substation.
