Like that how ah ? How to check if the charger supports Xiaomi speed charge also I assume the phone provided cable will be compatible but I'm sure a std or normal cable using my own Xiaomi charger will not change in Mac speed. Sweat
Xiaomi proprietary charger is different, you need special cable and charger. I remember only 1 brand called cucktech support this. They purposely used 4.5V to activate the turbo charging protocol. Not really cost efficient to buy 1 special charger just for 1 phone brand.

For me, I just used the normal pd charger + cable to charge my XM phone. Not at max speed, but good enough at 20-30watt. Less than 1 hour also can fully charge from 40-90%. I can use the same PD charger to charge laptop, tablet, and other phone.

Anw, xm max speed is also not continuous 100w. They will taper down to slower speed once it hits 70-80%. So in my day to day charging usage, i can only save like 10-15mins. It doesn't really benefit me that much for the hassle.

Actually got more brands now other than cucktech. I find Cucktech bit overpriced as well, though their charger looks cool with the lcd panel.

Maybe u can try those cable that can cheat the pd charger to output 100w for xm phone. 1 cable on taobao around sgd7. I just tried yesterday and the phone showed it's charging at 100w, but I havent used accubattery to test if the watt output is truly the case.

Yes! The flat UGREEN 100W charger is also a lightweight option, but when multiple ports are in use, it cannot deliver 65W.

Although this supports more device. It has the same problem of being annoying to manage for portable usage similar to the laptop charger.

IMHO.
I have a few older laptop, each one come with their own charger brick and different connector type !
So standardization is a good. :ROFLMAO:
Hmm.. now i think of it, maybe i need more than 65W because gaming notebook requires more ? 🤔

Can just bai/use 1 GAN charger , use USB-C cable and those adapter connecter then can use on many old lappies riao dun need so many diff own chargers for diff lappies

Those adaptors quite cheap also , depending on what connector size/dimension only cost abt $2-3 nia

ie. moi using a 100W charger to power up an old Asus lappy running on 4.7A which ish 90W (19.5V) , paired with a connector

One important aspect which is often overlooked is the support for different proprietary charging protocols, especially for china brands. So the same 100w charger may be able to charge 1 brand at max speed while another brand at 22.5w only.

So pay attention to this especially if your household is using different brands of phones. FYI there are some chargers advertising that they support all the major brands at max speed. Some charging cables also can achieve the same effect using a standard pd charger. I got 1 such cable recently to try out so can't comment yet whether it's really so as advertised (or how durable this is).

Moi hab mentioned before , it also depends on what "CPU" does the fone use

So far for SD-related CPUs , it can accept/trigger their proprietary max turbo speed on any GAN chargers/cables (ie. Essager, Vention)

Think this part of reason of why ppl prefer SD than MDT , notch including Exynos and other Tiong CPUs

Moi currently using this cable as replacement/spare for XM chargers , notch much cheaper than original XM cables but can save few dollah also good la

Take note tho , other "similar" cables that claim they compatible with XM/HW/OPPO chargers etc might notch trigger the proprietary turbo speed
