If you have already registered successfully for MACSv02, then I think there's no problem...but ask the Immigration Officer.

I think it is ok...

You will not be Exiting at SG's airport, per your assumption but you will need to clear/Exit Immigration at Penang Airport & Enter SG...but take note at Penang airport not sure got E-Gate or not (but I think should have). Anyway better to ask the Officer before you Enter &/or Exit.

At JB you can ask the Officer about your plan trip & see what the Officer advice.

Shouldn't be an issues, just ensure your submitted MDAC has taken care of the departure/exit date.

Hi there, I am planning to take a flight from Senai Airport to save cost. Firstly, I need to go to JB first. If I go to JB, can I still use the MDAC registration, because I am having a multi leg trip and may end up back in Singapore instead of JB and back to Singapore again.

Here is what my itinerary will be like:

1. Bus 970 ->
2. JB Custom ->
3. Bus to Senai Airport ->
4. Kuala Lumpur via flight ->
5. Penang via flight->
6. Singapore

I want to use MDAC to avoid the queue, at the same time I am not sure if it is a good idea to have it not stamped because I go back to Singapore on my last leg.

It can be used only at the 2 land crossings at Johor and KLIA (both 1 & 2). You might have a problem if using MDAC to exit Penang n fly direct to SG. Can check with the officer or just get a stamp n this case.
Alternatively if you prefer to use MDAC, then fly domestic from Penang to KLIA, then back to SG

I could be wrong, but thought one of those posters or banners mentioned that MACS2.0 registration to be done at BSI (only?)...

And since now that they've designated only those counters between the 2 banners, not even 2nd Link, I doubt they'd entertain in Penang...

Even for KL, my understanding is that the use of eGates is allowed, not registration...?

Most have encountered but most continue trying at different E-Gates till successful.

From what I know apparently they changed the regestration system so that if you are going in for the 1st time, you need to go to the specialized MACS counter Monday to Thursday 8am-7pm to enroll
