I'm not sure yet as I'm flashing the MIUI 10 Beta rom now and then I will Flash 3.2.2.0 and see if I can reboot into TWRP Recovery successfully.

I can't find any info. about the issue in the TWRP.ME webby too!

MIUI 10 new UI. Suddenly my Max becomes an iPhone!

Good news is that I'm able to reboot into TWRP Recovery via the MIUI 10's Menu with TWRP 3.2.2.0! .

However, until next week update then I will know if the new update rom will override the TWRP 3.2.2.0 Recovery again or not....

Battery life! Never trust the Beta rom one lah!

Other than the big UI change. Nothing fancy yet with this version as it is the very first version! Don't expect too much lah!

Reviving this old thread for an old phone

Trying to unblock and install a custom rom for my mi max

However in the pc suite it doesn’t detect my phone

With the unloader pc application it doesn’t read at all

I’ve tried many ways I could find online but to no avail

Is there somewhere where I can go to get it done?

It has been a wonderful past 2 years here resulting in the Mi Max thread becoming the first ever Xiaomi phone thread to go into Part 2.

I'm here to say good bye. I just sold my Mi Max Prime and moved to Mi Max 3.

Impossible with Mi Max 3 as there are too strong the competition of big screen of more than 6" models out there now.

However, I have been using Mi Max 3 for about a week now and it is a worthy upgrade from Mi Max 1 and 2 for sure.

Among the improvements, the dual camera on on Mi Max 3 is insanely good!

**This photo was taken in 18:9 frame. Imagine that if it was taken in 4:3...The resolution and quality would be much better than this.

I shall say no more here. Else, later people say I'm a Xiaomi Mi Max series promoter again. Lol...
