Yes weird. I even use another sim under prepaid on my 23 Ultra and it was working fine. The zym sim on another phone also can't rec incoming SMS but data ok.

ZYM kept telling me they checked I was able to use data and I kept telling them I can but I just cant rec incoming calls n sms

I faced the same issues for my S21+ when i port into ZYM. After i switch the ZYM SIM to SIM Slot 2, it works.

For unknown reason, SIM 1 can only have 4G data and cannot receive incoming and make outgoing calls. When check with ZYM, they say network is fine. Then i make the switch to SIM Slot 2, and viola it works.

Try it on your s23 ultra, sim slot 2

With another sim on the phone, it is working fine. I use the zym sim on another spare phone, it can't work too.
