Acts of thread bumping include (and not limited to):
- Posting +1, smilies, or empty post in an old and dormant thread.
- Posting unconstructive or meaningless comment to revive an old and dormant thread.
- Posting in an old thread containing outdated and/or irrelevant information with the intention to spread and propagate misinformation.
