Haven’t installed. Will give a review after I do so. I’m just looking for some decent sound quality. Right now the sound system has ZERO bass.

Anyway it won’t be powerful. RMS only 50w.

just change the front speakers to component speakers.

clarity wise focal is good.

How about Sony 3-way Co-axial? Is co-axial speakers extremely different from component speakers? I don’t wish to mount the extra tweeter in the car.

if u are driving vezel, tweeters can be mounted under dash, same like existing stock one is mounted there. no need to expose tweeters.

coaxial is almost non existence one, i think its marketing hype to tell people like its better than stock. those who play ice will tell u dont waste time on coaxials, including me... i not those pro ice but when i hear my coaxials, have is like dont have.

my 2cts only ah, if u wanna change, change those more commonly used brands for audio speakers.. like rainbow, hertz, focal, dls, audison.. etc etc.

Pioneer is powerful enough to feel it.

Thanks for your input. I will not go for co-axials then.

Pioneer/Sony component speakers no good?

depends on what u need i guess.

not say no good, but less commonly used. cos nowadays basic speakers by eg. hertz or focal can be quite cheap so most people will go for that.

there's promotion for hertz speakers ongoing now u can google for it.

actually i got no experience with sony/pioneer speakers so i in no position to say whether they are good or no good.

perhaps need others to input or can seek advice from audio shops. i also half past 6 in car audios, only thing i see the most commonly used brands are those mentioned.

SQ definitely will be different so its whether what u are expecting for the amount u paid...

ice is very poisonous one better dont get hooked.

Srsly. Suggestions from people in a forum is 1 thing, most importantly is to hear yourself before you buy. Now not like last time got car audio community like sgsoundsystem with a healthy buy / sell environment, no more of that "start with entry level then upgrade later on if not enough for your needs" because it is next to impossible to offload your old stuff these days. So best you do it once do it right.
