Clubfitt's policies do change based on the following:

-general atmosphere in the gym. You guys know what I'm talking about, not all are the same.
-The attendants in charge.
-How well you know said attendants.

If I deadlift, I do it on Sundays, when an attendant I know well, who used to be a BBer, is on duty. He doesn't mind a little noise, though I suspect he'd tell me to cut it if I slammed every single rep.

In my gym, I grunt my a** off. When I bench, I usually set the weight back into the pins pretty hard. If I get called on it, I brush it off jokingly. Same goes for bumping DBs onto the floor, or letting plates drop when I unload them.

Two things help here:
-Following the rules the majority of the time. Don't be one of those guys that gets classified as a 'lunk'. Make an effort to not drop DBs and bars too hard.
-Getting to know the attendants a little. If you're going to a place regularly, this doesn't hurt. Help em rerack plates and Dbs occasionally, some small talk here and there. If they hound you, react friendly. You'll have to 'get out of the zone' to do it, if you're one of those guys that are very intense and focused, but it's better than having a guy tell you to STFU after every set.

I buy whole roasted chickens at 6-7 bucks though, and I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives out there.

It's still quite a markup (chicken rice stall that is).

Zun boh? Where? Giant sells whole roasted spring chickens at $6.50. Just a roasted chicken leg(normal chicken not spring chicken) is already $4+ at most supermarkets...

Zomgwtfbbq so cheap. I see usually like $18 for 1 whole chicken....

I usually eat chicken rice located opposite my school though...
$1.50 per plate.

Add rice+extra meat = $2.30 only. Around the portion of 2 plates of chicken rice.

I personally don't like HL...it has a very gooey consistency and articially smooth texture. If you look at its ingredients it isn't even fresh milk, but derived from milk solids.

Meiji, farmhouse or greenfields for me.

how do you down so much milk  isn't it easier to maybe get a 1-1.5l milk and get the rest of the protein from protein shakes

I felt like throwing up when I forced myself to finish a carton of milk..

Meiji milk is the best taste (try the full cream one. that's the best tasting milk for me). but I can only drink 500ml. more than that confirm LS.
HL is better, as it's lower in lactose but taste like suck..

Yeah but I have a hard time walking around with a 2 litre bottle of meiji around the office and chugging it straight from the carton while trying to be inconspicuous :s13::s13:
but agreed that meiji chocolate tastes damn good

NTUC fairprice. My outlet has a roasted meats section (Tampines Mall). Weight goes for ~800g to just over 1kg (if you're luck that is).

Flavors are honey and black pepper.
