Monthly fees will apply to the account you're holding, if you do not maintain the monthly average balance.

Yes I can understand that. So if after salary credited into 360, I transfer 500 to other bank, then transfer to Bonus+ account. Does that count?

As long as the funds are transferred in from other banks, it will be counted as fresh funds.

Assuming the transfer amount is USD 20,000, are there any fees by OCBC or will OCBC convert the whole USD 20,000 using the daily price fx rates?

Hi there,

For BCIP, it is similar to purchasing of shares. Customers will only receive dividend if shares is purchased before ex-dividend date. Hence if OCBC executes the order on the same day as ex-dividend date, dividends will not be received.

$2 is charged for the month, and not per day.

There will be no notification of when the fee will start.

The fee is waived for the first two years of account opening. Once the two year waiver period is over, the $2 fee will be levied when the average daily balance for the month falls below $3,000.

i have recently signed up for OCBC 365 card and gotten the card 3 weeks ago.

i have also received the internet PIN and tried setting up the Online banking :

Since then, I kept getting System Maintenance error while signing up...... I tried calling in but never got through:

So now , i can't view my online statement + sign up for Balance Transfer.

Issue 2:

I have signed up for EasiCredit Balance Transfer via the website 10 days ago. Till now , I received a call from the verification team and since then there is no news whether its approved or rejected.

Linking the issue back to the online banking which I am UNABLE to create an online banking account, I am basically stuck in between.

Can any kind soul help me pls? My services with other banks doesn't let me face so much issues!
