i have recently signed up for OCBC 365 card and gotten the card 3 weeks ago.

i have also received the internet PIN and tried setting up the Online banking :

Since then, I kept getting System Maintenance error while signing up...... I tried calling in but never got through:

So now , i can't view my online statement + sign up for Balance Transfer.

Issue 2:

I have signed up for EasiCredit Balance Transfer via the website 10 days ago. Till now , I received a call from the verification team and since then there is no news whether its approved or rejected.

Linking the issue back to the online banking which I am UNABLE to create an online banking account, I am basically stuck in between.

Can any kind soul help me pls? My services with other banks doesn't let me face so much issues!

I have been PMed OCBC regarding my One Token setup failure on Huawei Mate 20 Pro. It seems like OCBC does not ever receive any complaint or feedback related to One Token Setuo failure on this phone model.

I would like to check with guys on this forum if any of you have successfully setup your One Token on Huawei Mate 20 Pro?

I have verified with 2 other friends who are having the M20Pro and they all have the same result as mine.

I tried setting up on my Samsung Tab S4, it works! However, I don't bring my tablet with me all the time and I have a hard time accessing to Internet banking. Unlike other banks which offer options of choosing SMS OTP or Digital Token authentication, this makes the situation worst for me....

It will be the first 4,000 for each individual provider (i.e 4,000 for Geneco, 4,000 for Keppel, and so on).

The vouchers will be sent out within 2 months from the date you signed on the T&Cs to have the funds withheld in the account for 6 months.

You can view your OCBC$ breakdown when you log in to OCBC Internet Banking service.

However, the option is only available on desktop version not on mobile banking

When you're logged in, you should see the option for "Rewards" on the top right corner.

At Cheers self-service payments kiosks, I saw a small sticker (on the payment machine) which states OCBC Plus card holders are entitled to 3% rebate.

I am not able to find more details on this, whether this applies to NTUC Plus credit cards too.

Are you holding either the silver colour NTUC Plus! Visa Credit Card, or black colour Plus! Visa Credit Card?
