Hi there OCBC,

I am having trouble with activating my OCBC one token. It has been very frustrating as it is an endless loop of errors. On my phone, I have tried to activate the OneToken and received the OTP as per normal, however after keying in the OTP, the apps always says One Token acitivation is not successful but I will receive a SMS and email stating that the Onetoken have been successfully activated on my device. However, when I attempt to add a new payee on my bank account, the app states once again that my Onetoken is not activated and prompts me to activate it once again, creating the endless loop.

I have tried to reinstall the app and restart my phone (iOS) but nothing seems to work. I have tried it for a few days already and would like to seek your advice for this. Thanks!

Hi OCBC,
If I spend $500 on insurance payment using 365 card, I will be still getting the "spending bonus" for 360 account right ? I understand i don't get cash back but should get "spending bonus". Please advise

Hi Angelite,

Yes, insurance payment will be calculated towards the 360 account 'Credit Card spend bonus' interest.

Hi there,

Are you looking to make a funds transfer from your OCBC Singapore account to another bank account in Citi Bank Singapore?

You can make the transfer by logging in to Internet Banking / Mobile Banking.

Hi,

I went to OCBC Bank Bedok branch to enquire about selling of Singapore Treasury Bills which were purchased using CPF Special Account. The bank officers could not help me. They put them my contact for the relevant department to call me but until now (few weeks later) , no one has called.

I had an issue eith the recent TRF Paynow transfer by MSF last week. I realise a handful of people with Paynow linked to OCBC is having the same issue.

Kindly advice on what to do

Hi Elson,

Do check with MSF if they have received the funds. You may want to inform them to make the transfer again.

BCIP cannot be funded by CPF.

You will be able to follow these steps to speak with our service executive:

1. Press 1 for English

2. Press 1 for Phone banking menu

3. Press 0 To speak to CSE
◦Enter NRIC or 16 digit card number OR
◦Press *1 to enter Phone Code OR
◦Press 0 if to skip NRIC/ card number/ Phone Code

4. Press 1 for Credit Card, Press 2 for EasiCredit, Press 3 for Banking, Press 4 for Loans
◦If you were to select Credit Card or EasiCredit, press 2 to speak to CSE directly.
◦If you were to select Banking or Loans, no further action required, the calls will be routed to CSE.

This is the reason why I avoid calling unless it is really really really really really really really urgent to find out what I want to know.

These transactions do not qualify for this bonus:

Balance transfers
Cash advance
Cashwise
Smartchange
Fund transfers
Fees and charges

Hi,

I have done so but yet to receive any call from ocbc.

OCBC support either too busy, picky which to response or sleeping during this **. I sent a msg thru their website, mentioning they will reply me within 5 days. I even called and asked to call back, again the machine mentioned will call back within 3 days but after 2 weeks, both channels no one response.

Give up, lucky there are other banks, will check with others and hopefully they reply faster.

Hello OCBC,

I had filled up a account closure form on my frank account and request the remaining fund to be xfer to my ocbc 360 I had mailed this back for quite some time already. It had been quite awhile but I think the request is processed. Please advise, thank you.
