Hi there OCBC,
I am having trouble with activating my OCBC one token. It has been very frustrating as it is an endless loop of errors. On my phone, I have tried to activate the OneToken and received the OTP as per normal, however after keying in the OTP, the apps always says One Token acitivation is not successful but I will receive a SMS and email stating that the Onetoken have been successfully activated on my device. However, when I attempt to add a new payee on my bank account, the app states once again that my Onetoken is not activated and prompts me to activate it once again, creating the endless loop.
I have tried to reinstall the app and restart my phone (iOS) but nothing seems to work. I have tried it for a few days already and would like to seek your advice for this. Thanks!
