Need a combination to bring hbp back without medicine. No more hawker food. Cut sodium to below 1000mg a day. Do meditation and relaxation a few times a day. Eat minimum 600g of fresh fruits and veg a day. Sleep 8 hours a day. Exercise 150mins a week.

High BP usually linked with high cholesterol. Eat too much chicken wings or chicken feets?

That’s pretty amazing. But good
I think u have good genetics. So even though u have little sleep and dont exercise, your blood pressure didnt shoot up
Thanks for your kind words
But not really good genetics, I have diabetes and cholesterol problem
The former is due to sweet intakes of food while the other is due to fried food which I have cut down the past one week

I still have panda eyes loh and I sleep one hour lesser every couple of years

I think 2 reasons,
Job is with minimal stress
I am a happy person though I think so much on retirement days

Been a lurker more than a contributor all these while.
For TS, do you have a snoring or sleeping issue?
Sleep apnea does cause high blood pressure. You may want to consider to take a sleep test.
I would believe in treating the cause rather than taking medication.

Something is wrong with me despite I'm 44, 180cm/90kg, don't exercise and only 5h of sleep daily
And BP is still normal
I believe your stress level is low and not depressed. These play a big part part to help.

My 71yo father is a smoker, happy go lucky and walks alot. His BP is low.

His BP is on the extreme high side.

Unless he does RADICAL lifestyle changes, there is no way he can bring it down without medication.
