Huawei Mate 20 Pro: Screen Bleed

I just exchanged mine today. The set I got is BOE one, no more green tint. Also received a 10k mAh 22.5W powerbank as well. One thing that im not happy about the exchange experience is that when they arranged with me via phone, told me got express queue for m20p exchange, but when u are there they ask u to take queue same as normal servicing. After u send in the phone, need to wait 30 mins or so then can collect.

Actually the problem was the transferring of IMEI from your old phone to the new one which took at least 30mins. IMO they shld just provide a service report stating the exchange set IMEI and just pass the new set straight.

They will call you by batches, once they have stocks in then they call. If you never reserve and walk in will get rejected.

Yes only m20p. Download an app called Device Info, check the screen manufacturer under Touchscreen, you should see either LG or BOE. LG is the faulty one.

I think no shops will let you do that. Just hope that you dont get the LG one, and if you do get a LG one, the service centre say as long as got green tint can keep going to change till u get a good one within warranty period.
