Billing starts once SIM card is delivered. You can choose the delivery date.when does changi mobile bill? their website really lacking sia
i cant even find the charges if u used more than the outgoing call time allocated
with MVNO, one can't used more than allocated. Simply, you won't be able to call unless you buy add-ons... so nothing wrong with Changi Mobile website la...when does changi mobile bill? their website really lacking sia

Hi, you mentioned overtime call mins coz you are thinking from a traditional postpaid plan whereby they still allow you to continue using after exceeding your free bundle.i mean charges for overtime call mins should be a standard FAQ
can't believe they didn't even put this up
Monthly bill cycle starts on the scheduled SIM delivery date. Therefore, a Customer who signs up for a Changi Mobile’s mobile plan and opts for SIM delivery on 4th January, will have bill cycle dates starting on 4th January, followed by 4th February, 4th March, 4th April, and so on. In the event where Customer fails to receive the SIM card on the initial scheduled delivery date (due to matters beyond Changi Mobile’s control) or requests for a reschedule of delivery date past Changi Mobile’s cut-off time, the bill cycle date will still commence on the initial SIM delivery date.okay i plan to sign up, may i ask if the 1st bill will be pro rated or do I have to wait start of next billing cycle to get max value?
what's the start date of their billing cycle?
From my experiences, depends on delivery person. I think the first one I got wasn't a courier, so I voluntarily show him my IC and he just looked to check the name. The second was a courier because the CM envelope was in a courier pack, and he asked for the verification number that's texted to me earlier in the day. As shared by someone here before my receipt, no copy of IC needed to be taken. For courier, just signed on their phone.has anyone switched and receive the SIM card? any comments on how they do the "check" if any?
when the driver come to your house, will a photocopy of ur IC work?
do they have to see the physical copy of ur IC or will they bochup?
will they take poto or ask u sign etc?
esp for those that did not get the SIM card in person from the driver and got another person to collect for u
secondly, how do you change your password for your changi account? wtf, just realised they dont even have change password feature
if ur account get hacked, the person can order whatever plans they want using the cc u stored. Very dangerous security practice to not have change password feature
Oh, the Changi Go app's password? Have you tried to click on "Forgot Password" to see if it gives you a choice to change to a new one? I can't try for you because I don't wish to change mine... Or WhatsApp them to check what other options you have?I see, because I won't be at home when the delivery is taking place, a tenant of mine will take it for me so was wondering if they will check. I hope it's a courier because it would be much easier. besides it says if no one at home, they will slide under door so same same regardless
i was referring to the changi mobile login page or the login details into the app, where u type ur phone number and password.
that password cannot be changed and if someone manages to login, they can go do monkey business by buying up plans and charging ur card which is stored in the system, meaning there's no 2FA sent to u.
Very dangerous!!
Nope, my email from them about SIM delivery doesn't say anything about slipping under the door or into the letterbox. We're talking about Changi Mobile's SIM card delivery, right? Yup, I just double-check and see:if u look at the email sent, it mentions that if nobody at home, they will slot under door or into ur letterbox
honestly if they dont wan give my tenant the sim card, then what happens next? i re-arrange another date and its on their charge to send another courier to my house?
fug it, i will deal with it when it comes
i wont deal with the authorisation form becuz its too much work and have 0 plan to give my original IC to tenant

Not home at that time? No worries, just get a family member or friend to receive the SIM on your behalf by filling in this authorisation form.
I asked the courier about their delivery practice as I waited right from morning and don't want to miss them in case I didn't hear the knocking. That's when I was told he'd call me, because they're not allowed to leave the package behind without ensuring it's properly received. I'd be worried about them leaving it behind anyway, because it's not some online orders of sorts but a SIM card that can easily be misused. And I don't fancy spending another day waiting, let alone that $5 fee.
This is from their T&C, as I recall they've some notes somewhere about failed delivery:
In the event of a failed delivery, a $5 re-delivery fee (as indicated in the Changi Go mobile app) will be charged to Customer. Customer’s bill cycle will commence on the SIM delivery date of failed delivery

I specifically listed this earlier because you mentioned about getting your tenant to receive on your behalf:
Note ORIGINAL ID...
- My original ID as per record
- Recipient's original ID
- A copy of the Changi Mobile confirmation email which recipient and I will receive upon this authorization submission
Why don't you choose a day that you'll be home to receive personally?
are u like a changi mobile staff or associated to Changi mobile? how many of u are actually associated with the coy?
i got black and white email saying that.
cuz i have things to do and wont fugging wait the entire day at home for the guy to come my house. Give a range of 9am to 6pm. I'm not so free and I have a life
If need original IC, then fug it. Can u do self collect at shop?
How long it takes to receive the sim card? Can the delivery address to my office address instead? The $17.90 50Gb plan. Never used beyond 8Gb though so kinda waste.

No, I'm just a user, not associated with them in any way. Have just been sharing info according to what I've experienced so far, and referring to the email that I've received...are u like a changi mobile staff or associated to Changi mobile? how many of u are actually associated with the coy?
i got black and white email saying that. Not here to argue with u whether email say that or not. Yes it said that for me and if u sign up earlier, u would have gotten the same email because its obvious everything's templated.

If need original IC, then fug it. Can u do self collect at shop? If cannot, then nvm, just cancel. Cheap for me anyway
lol, such a slack website. The person doing the website should be fired
i can basically hijack any order by just changing the orderID in the URL
i wont know who i hit but i can basically troll them if i want to, with precautions of course haha
How long depends on their available delivery date and time slots. Yes, it can be delivered to your office. How long it takes to receive the sim card? Can the delivery address to my office address instead?
