My guess is first or second week of July, since BTO results have been released 1.5 months from close of application for a few rounds now.

most likely ur application got problem lor. like ineglibility or something. usually the rejection letter will come a couple days later than the acceptance one. try again next time bah.

I think you read it wrongly. MCPS is 30%. I Guess lots of people fighting within MCPS too. Lol
