for those that have longer boot, do you have filevault enable? If yes try disabling.

Tried turning off mine but it said to wait until disk is fully encrypted before it can be turned off which is like a day left to complete.

For those whole have problem downloading, should have redirect your DNS to google either 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 for both singtel and m1. I notice downloading to be very fast, even during my beta download.
My customer took 30min to download 5GBplus that encounter those download broke issue.

You shouldn't redirect it to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
Because you'll most likely be assigned a US server instead of a SEA/Singapore server.

You can try creating a new user account and trying downloading it from the new user account's App Store. (at least that's what worked for a friend)

Yep, definitely a modem/router config issue thats giving me the 'pls download from Purchases page' thingy.

Did a hotspot connection from my iPhone's 4G Data plan, and installation starts without a hitch.

Of course i stop the download the moment it is 10s into it... must avoid unnecessary Data charges...

I am on M1 Fibre. And I have port forwarding setup... so any solutions from anyone?

Posting my battery not charging solution, you are not going to believe this though but it's true. FYI, if you are going to attempt the same thing please just be aware that the MacbookAir uses a specialised screw set to open the bottom cover and another specialised set to remove the battery.

Anyway, I took out the battery did PRAM reset and still it didn't work, then how did I got mine to work was after I had reinserted the battery I just removed the MagSafe supply and of course that abruptly shutdown my MBA, put back the MagSafe in and press power button and now it is charging.

Weird, yes.. unbelievable, yes.. damn these buggy upgrades. This is now what my MBA shows:

So far Trim Enabler is the one that can be enable trim for yosemite. Degrade will not be so bad as what people might sound if disable. We just have to wait for a while.

I enabled it and now I can't boot in. A huge no entry sign is on the screen.

Now I have to go into recovery mode and restore back to Mavericks.

I found yosemite quite smooth on my MBA but the start up time is now longer with a loading bar. Is that normal?

the loading bar is new right? i don't remember seeing loading bar in maverick or earlier.

overall performance seems to be the same as maverick on my aging mid 2010 mbp.

Everything looks OK, but just one thing. Can't get iPhone 6 calling to work on iMac (late 2012). It keeps giving me the message that iPhone and iMac are not on same wifi network, even though they obviously are. Checked all my settings... cellular calls enabled on iPhone's FaceTime app, iCloud account ID is the same across iMac and iPhone... But still the same error message comes up.

Not experiencing any syncing problems on other stuff like Safari iCloud tabs, just this darned phone call syncing feature.

Sorry to hear that. But what version are you using now. Mine currently 3.2.6

So far mine working great. Do restart your Idevice, sign off & on your apple ID and let your bluetooth on. At least it how during my beta 1 Yosemite troubleshooting.

Make sure you they connected the same bandwidth as well. 5ghz or 2.4ghz

Once you had success, be prepare that all your idevice ring together insane!!!
