Simba on CGNAT, so abit more difficult to do the pingtest unless someone can post a few traceroute so we can test on the nearest node to the consumer

You can even use dual WAN Load Balance/Failover with a proper router and get redundancy and higher than 2Gbps wired speed as well as greater than 1Gbps wireless speed.
You can use routers like Asus RT-AX86U Pro, GT-AX6000 and Xiaomi BE7000. You can also use wired router like OpenWRT/pfSense using Intel N100 based mini PC with Quad 2.5G NICs plus cheap 2.5G APs like Asus TUF-AX4200, Xiaomi BE3600, etc.

I will sign up after CNY. Approaching CNY, must make sure everything works. If anything goes down during CNY, then must wait for very long before anything will be done.

Mine just got cancelled too. NLT was supposed to come yesterday. Waited whole day and they didn't come. ONT installation cannot proceed today.🤬😡
Email Simba about 3 hours ago, no reply yet.
Wasted my annual leave and we do not have home broadband to use now.

ONT installer said there won't be any charges. Checked with NLT @ 65634273. They said yesterday got error cannot activate. However they just left without informing us or Simba. So irresponsible. The customer service said will check and get back to me.

All these are NLT fault not Simba, Simba is only help you to raise the request to NLT, and the activation charges is charge by NLT not Simba. So if want to complain should be NLT.

So only nlt got charges? So now they change by right we can charge them for the delay..
