Do u think it's possible to fit a shoe cabinet outside visionaire units? The layout seems a bit weird .. Lifts to the two sides and doors very close.. Would it be cramped?

Only 6 stack with diff layout

Promotional stacks selling DPS @ NPS Pricing:-
- Stacks 56 (C1),
15 (C2), 57 (C3), 42 (C4), 29 (C5) & 06 (D1);
Better see the location as nil buyer for some of the stack above even with promotion..esp stack 29..

If you put Brownstone and Visionaire side by side, stack 29 is facing Brownstone's bin chute and further up is their tennis court. Maybe higher floors might be ok?

Anyway, that was my consideration and I was also looking at C5 stacks. For me I prefer the stacks facing sembawang road instead because I don't really want to face other people's houses. But for those stacks facing sembawang road, you will get west sun. I feel that I'm able to compromise on that because we are planning to install sun tint on our windows etc. And since visionaire is a smart home, I can on the aircon first before I reach home so it's ok for me.

Some people might be very particular about west sun so if that's the case, probably choosing the stacks facing brownstone will be better. I think a few of the C5 stacks near the main entrance might have unblock view also. But personally, I like to choose the stacks in the middle or slightly closer to the side gate so that I don't have to walk so far in haha. It's your own preference and what u value.

Hope u manage to choose ur ideal stack!

stack 29 is nearest to the MRT track thus it will get the most road & MRT noise. among the C5 units, I will recommend stack 17 as further behind and is overlooking Brownstone's clubhouse. the view to the opposite block in Brownstone will be slightly further.

if u dun mind a bit of west sun and some road noise, u can also consider stack 48 (left low flr units only) and stack 41. need more info can juz pm me. ;)

Yep I have selected my unit! Agree that track noise is also a concern for stack 29 but when I went to the site I couldn't really hear the MRT sound. Not sure if it's because of the construction going on. I also observed Sembawang road during peak hours, it's not a very busy road. That's why I chose the C5 units facing there.

Hope we can be neighbours soon :)

Adjacentangles, did you try standing at near where Stack 29 will be? It will be somewhere at the walkway below the track.

Common sense that stack 29 is not below MRT and that one can't enter the site now. Best way to get a feel of MRT noise is on Canberra Link road opposite Visionaire. Or you can try go to the boards covering up the site which is v close to 29.

Have to consider carefully on choosing stack 29. Being just next to the track the noise will be quite loud. I stay about 100m away from track now and there is one block btw my block n track so I can't hear anything. To be safe should try to choose the C5 further away like what Derong proposes. I like V but not every unit there is good.

Sorry I think my comment might be misleading. I don't think stack 29 is good stack as per my previous reply. I also agree with u that it's too near the track. I didn't want to choose stacks too near the tracks too.

Regarding the MRT noise I was talking abt stacks nearer to the track but not next to. I only stood near the u turn at sembawang road. Those around middle of the estate and cannot really hear the tracks. But this might be attributed to the road noise and construction noise. So I'm not sure, just my personal experience when I went down to see.

Indeed stack 17 is good!
背山面河:)
Stack 17 might still get a bit of the train noise as there is no Blk beside to block it. I think stack 16 is better. Jts: stack 16 diagonally is unblk view of the green field next to the pc. That green thing at sub ground floor is the water pump room, not generator. The noise should travel into the cp, so choose high floor stack 16 should be fine. The dist to brownstone is more than 30m and not direct facing. So more privacy too.

Unlikely that there will be much space if the doors are about 2m apart. Maybe shoe racks. Definitely no space for bicycles and stuff.

The middle section is the dual lift well and opposite that is the staircase. Not much corridor space on each level since the units are on the 4 corners like the old 25-storey point blocks but without the recess space opposite the lifts.

Stack 16 high floor is good too , second -5th floor might prepare to bear the substation of radiation.

If u look carefully at the site plan, there is a small corner at the common area of each blk that is extended out, eg next to stack 13 and 20. That's the rubbish chute. And the main door is just next to it!

Is this a concern or should it be ok as it is outside the apartment anyway?

How about that corner on stack 15? What is that? Where is the lift and staircase?
