If u look carefully at the site plan, there is a small corner at the common area of each blk that is extended out, eg next to stack 13 and 20. That's the rubbish chute. And the main door is just next to it!

My agent. Look at the red circle part. That could be the chute. The one I've circled earlier shows the chute opening. Just guessing.

Speculative .. most likely pipes. I noticed other rectangular areas on each floor not in the floor plan but on the site plan. Maybe those are the chutes.

Indeed for all units in that stack, only C6 had that in the living room. And that normally appear in the kitchen area only. Possible pipe, waste disposal etc.

However, that is within the build up area of the unit and there is not indication of any opening in the wall.

I'm also curious where will the lift be.

After looking at that block, I found stack 15, c2, got something near the door but not in the c2 unit floor plan. Not sure what is that.

Yes Infront of both rectangle area.

Should be lifts side by side. Opposite is stairwell.

I checked the floor plan. cs3a, c6 and cs4 have same thing. They are close to door, beside db and away from kitchen. Apparently all of the blocks got one of the unit, except block 196.

Ya. Almost all blocks have that little rectangle at the common area. So far my agent has been quite informative. And this was told to me after I've selected the unit. He told me heng I didnt select that one with the chute outside

There is a mistake in the site plan. Block 53 in 196 should be cs4 instead of c4. Which means there will be such unit in ALL blocks.
