Thanks for all the feedback, really appreciate it. I will certainly be taking highest floor possible for both stacks. And for stack 8 noise, I don't think it will be an issue as cars will drive directly to carpark and not hang around. As for stack 64, it's cuz of the better psf price and feel it's abit more value. Yes the west sun might heat up the mbr and that's one thing that might swing my decision as well.

Any idea if we take the Mrt past the site, we will have a rough idea of the view we will get?

you will hear all sort of cars coming in... not all cars are quiet.. :s13::s13:

632units... If say 2/6 own car will be 200cars? Or let say 300cars... Not all will alight at drop off point which is near stack 64.
We will drive direct to "basement" carpark straight to lift, up to home...
So, wats the concern?

Anyway, all shud be working wont be sitting at home whole day listen to car door open or close one.

Unless Visionaire got minimart attracts patron to come buy tings.... Then lots of patrons come in.

Any idea how come block 170 less popular?
By the way for block 170 the rubbish chute is near which stack?
Got any discount on-going?

Chute is next to layout cs3a, c6 and Cs4. So for Blk 170, it's next to stack 04. Low take up could be due to furthest from mrt, West sun facing, Esp stack 02 and 03. And near condo entrance, can be noisy

Actually i prefer stack 21 as it is away from generator/ electrical and has a small water stream downstair but only lower 4-5 floor available. Stack 16 good is away from MRT track and has some slanted unblock view to the low rise landed property that side.
So you have bought stack 16? See that one of the units is updated as sold. Welcome neighbour! U can join our fb grp, "The Visionaire Residents"

stack is the term for unit no before TOP, e.g. #10-01, 10 is 10th floor, while 01 is the stack/unit no :)
I know. Just that stack 1 has nothing to do with c1 or c2 so I was just wondering if it meant something else.

The west sun not so direct like parc life am i right? Certain part of the house affected. For example stack 03 should be master bedroom.

Low floor will be blocked by oppo Blk. So still OK..its slanted West sun for e higher floors, whole units. So will kana west sun till it sets. Parc life will be worse but V units will still be hot.
My current unit is NW too. No joke during the summer months. Oven home. Esp e walls. Can be warm to the touch even late at night

Blocks 186 to 200 are the "sun-wall" for the rest including the neigbhouring development especially for the lower units.
