I'm right next to the router. It's not a signal quality issue, the wifi card just doesn't see the Wifi 6 network.Move your laptop nearer to the router

Have you tried latest drivers/firmware to see if it unlocks 6GHz? Otherwise the only other option would be to change the country of the WiFi card.
Strangely, my desktop is using RZ616 (mobo manufactured in Oct 2022) and laptop is Yoga 9i 14IRP8 with AX211 bought in March 2023 and both were able to use 6GHz before it was approved.
Edit: Just to confirm using Windows 11? Some mentioned Windows 10 not supporting even with new drivers for other WiFi cards.
Seems like what I read about changing country was relevant to Linux instead of Windows. The only thing that may be relevant is the location settings. If it is off on your laptop, try turning it on to see if it allows your network card to enable the frequency. How do you change the country of the wifi card? Tried googling but can't find anything lol. My X13 with AX210 right next to the Yoga Pro 7 so can't be signal issue. Both using w11. My S23u also no issues

@Michael87,
I believe that the original firmware that was posted has since been officially given to models due to the other fixes and performance increases. Our team has provided another test firmware that will help with the mu-mimo setting being disabled with some devices:

Brothers, I just replaced my poor Nokia for the Tp Link on a 10gb Ultra broadband plan. How are you connecting the fibre as I want rid of that pool nokia ONR box which currently takes in the fibre. Also I need extra 10gb ports so if I use the 10gb port as a WAN port how do I get extra 10gb ports for my network which is 10gb?On the consumer router side, Asus probably has the best features. On the other hand, Asus router will usually be more expensive.
For example, top of the line Asus ROG GT-BE98 WiFi 7 router will have the following.
1) VLAN and Guest Networking Pro
2) Wireguard VPN Server/Client
3) No SFP+ port. Only 10G WAN/LAN + 10G LAN.
4) It has built-in OOkla SpeedTest but the CPU is too weak to handle 10Gbps (or 8.2Gbps)
5) Need to wait for testing reports and may need future FW update to support MLO and AFC
6) 10G WAN/LAN + 10G LAN. The 10G WAN/LAN port can be configured as either WAN port or LAN port. But for 10Gbps plan, it will be used as a WAN port.

I think as long your notebook specs for wifi 6e 6ghz, the antenna should work with wifi7

I am having DNS issues with SH and tried to change it on the router. This has resolved connection issues with my laptops but my phones and TV still cannot connect to the internet. Can any expert advise if I am doing it right or how should I proceed please?

Same here, very disappointed with the range. It advertised as having 8 antennas but worse than my previous router with only 6 antennas.A little disappointed with the range for EB810V. The AX3 Pro can reach the furthest end of the house (HDB 4-room) easily, the EB810V connection can drop off or very poor speeds (2-3 bar on my phone).

What's the most cost efficient EasyMesh device that I can pair with this router? WiFi 6 will do as I don't have any WiFi 7 devices
Deco is not compatible. Can use Deco mesh, since from TP-LINK?
