Is there a good instant heater which could last over 5 years? i bought my "M"-brand heater in 2012, lasted till 2015 before it flooded the internal compartment before reaching the live electrical connections. Discovered when my kids told me about the leak. The 2 thin valve plastic pipes harden and broke and slow gradual compartment flooding when inlet pipe was turned on. Close Shave, potentially fatal to my teenager kids. Today, same thing happened to the replaced unit. just 3 years in use, Given up hope on this M brand. I don't think its coincidentally same fault, it must be poor thermal-resistant material or design issue.
My mistake to be lazy to buy same model to save the trouble to drill new mounting holes.

Now i need good proven solution.

These day many items fail on 3-5-7 mark. same for car where "seems" programmed to die overheat at 80,000 mark and so ..

Anyway, take it easy and choose value for money products where it can last you effectively for maybe abit longer ?

All in... they do all the piping.. if need to go to kitcher mixer i think there will be addition charger.. maybe u can check with amanda...

She should in office most of the time.. if u wan maybe u can call the office before heading down...

If not can just go direct to the showroom and see the water heater the sales team should be able to anawer all your doubts..

Do remember to ask whether got bto group buy if yours is a new bto flat.

Can try Panasonic lorh. Cheap and cheerful.

I have a Joven heater storage like 1.5y, now cannot heat anymore. Light on the switch comes on but the light on the tank does not come on. Called Joven and was told that repair cost will be $200ish for heater replacement, transport and labour. Think not worth to repair.

Anyone got suggestion?

Totally same problem with me. Plastic tubing will eventually become brittle and corrode. You can just change tubing if you can find.

I changed mine to trentios. $60 from qoo10. No plastic tubing. Totally satisfied
